Forest Retreat in the City!

Welcome to your wonderful getaway on a forested property in South Kansas City. Whether you have come to Kansas City to cheer for your favorite sports team or are here to see family or on a business trip, our space has everything you need. The stylish apartment is conveniently located off I-435 and central to all of the shopping and entertainment our beautiful city has to offer. Come and enjoy this private and stunning space all to yourself on our quiet property. The space The apartment is attached to the owners home by a small hallway, and otherwise sits as a separate building, and includes a private back patio sitting area. You will enjoy a full kitchen, two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom as well as a living area equipped with a TV and comfortable seating. The home is nestled on a wooded lot. Please note that this space is set up for four guests, with one king bed and one queen bed, we do offer the option of 6 guests (with a small $15/per guest fee) for us bringing in an one or two twin mattress into the living room for your stay! Guest access When you arrive we ask that you drive slowly down the driveway, at the very end of the driveway - to the left - you will see two designated parking spots for your stay. We ask that you enjoy any outdoor time only in the designated private back patio area, and keep the front and remainder of the property for the hosts' family and kids. Other things to note The hosts have four young children. They work hard to maintain a quiet and peaceful atmosphere for guests, but from time to time guests may hear noises.
