This premier condominium resort has unparalleled amenities located in the middle of PCB. Laketown Wharf has 5 pools, 2 hot tubs, a gym, & restaurants down on the boardwalk. Our condominium sits on the 14th floor with a ocean view from the front door. The private balcony overlooks the exclusive Lake with a Las Vegas style dancing show every night. Private beach access allows you to be on the white sand in 3 minutes! Numerous family attractions makes this condo your perfect vacation destination. The space -Spacious 1,262 square feet condo with a 27 foot wide private balcony. -Master suite has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom that includes a walk-in shower and a garden tub -Second bedroom has a queen bed -Third room has twin size bunkbeds -Queen size sleeper sofa in main living space -Full second bathroom with hallway access -Washer/dryer, dishwasher, 3 TV's, coffee maker, and basic kitchen set up -On the ground floor and other levels you will have access to pools, grilling spaces, a putting green, a full gym and extensive scenic boardwalks -Walmart located across the street and a Walgreens a half mile away -Over a dozen restaurants with in a half mile of resort -On-site security Guest access There is a one time fee of $103.68 to Laketown Wharf for wristbands (up to 8 guests) and 2 covered parking spaces. The wristbands allow entrance to all on-site amenities including: 5 pools, 2 hot tubs, outdoor grills, a multi story gym facing the ocean, a putting green, and a multitude of restaurants and shops along the board walk. The parking is in a multi level parking garage so theres no need to spend time looking for a parking spot at the beach! There is a $100 fee for any wristband lost during your stay. Parking passes should be printed prior to arrival and displayed in the window. Other things to note HOA requires the booking guest to be 25 years old. This is a non-smoking facility. No pets, including emotional support animals, are allowed on the resort. Trained certified service animals are allowed with ample notice so we can inform the HOA. No throwing items from balcony. Internet is provided however, a hotspot is welcomed for backup. No refunds due to weather. Please be aware there can be a wait for the elevators during the peak season. Check in 4PM and Check out 10AM The condo will be supplied with a starter kit of the following house amenities under the kitchen sink-(2) Dishwasher pods/pouch (2) Trash bags(1) Roll of paper towels. The bathroom will have(1) mini shampoo(1) mini conditioner(1) mini body wash(1) roll of toilet paper The starter amenity kit is meant to accommodate your initial night.
