Located next to Rhodes College and a short walk to Overton Park and the Memphis Zoo, the Pool House is a convenient drive to the Overton Square entertainment district, Downtown and the Medical District, making this the perfect place for your next business trip or vacation getaway. The Pool House has been completely renovated with a focus on luxury. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped and features a high performance gas cooktop and large island with quartz countertops. You're sure to get a great night’s sleep regardless of which bedroom you chose. In the master you'll find a King bed and the second bedroom features a Queen, both with new memory foam mattresses paired with Egyptian cotton bedding. The spa like bath provides a generous walk-in shower and a towel warmer for additional pampering. A frontload washer and dryer are available in the large laundry room as well as lots of additional storage and a dedicated work space for teleworking. Additionally the apartment features smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. And with high speed internet and strong Wi-Fi coverage blanketing the entire property both inside and out, feel free to take that next Zoom meeting by the pool. You’ll have access to the entire Pool House as well as shared access to the backyard which includes a deck, 2 patios, a fire pit & a salt water pool. We live in the main house on property and are always there to assist with any issues that arise but leave communication preferences up to our guests. If you prefer to communicate through the app, we're happy to give you your space but feel free to knock on our door if you prefer a more direct approach. Historic Hein Park is a quiet residential neighborhood ideally suited for walking or bike riding. Additionally Overton Park is located just south of the neighborhood and provides additional green space for all your outdoor activities. Off street parking for 1-2 cars is available on the driveway. Additional parking is available on the street with minimal through traffic. Things we do not allow: 1.. Parties or gatherings of any type. Apartment, Pool and common areas are for paid guests only. 2. Pets 3. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, anywhere in or on the property grounds.
