The kitchen is equipped with a gas range and oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and double sink. Filtered water and ice maker located within refrigerator. The second floor overlooks the living areas on the main floor. Upstairs has an open work and seating area and access to 2 bedrooms and a lake-facing balcony with a conversation set. The backyard has a natural gas BBQ and side-burner for outdoor cooking. Seating and table for 4 with umbrella for backyard dining. Both upper-level bedrooms can sleep a family of 4 while the accessible main floor primary sleeps two comfortably and offers a unique ground-level bed and bath. Closets in all bedrooms with shelving and hangers provide ample space for your belongings. USB-B and C outlets available in all rooms if you choose to leave your charging blocks behind. Bathrooms are equipped with shower, handheld wands and a tub available in the second floor bathroom. Main floor powder room is easily accessible while entertaining. All bedrooms have cordless privacy zebra blinds. Smart TVs throughout allow for some downtime streaming of a movie. *Parts of the complex bordering the lake are under construction. Areas where construction is taking place are fenced. Tennis Courts are expected to be completed by Fall 2025. Pool complex expected to be completed during summer 2025. Primary Bedroom with ensuite is on the main floor, no stairs required for those with limited mobility. A video-doorbell is located at the front and rear door to provide security. No interior cameras are installed on the property.
