You also have a small terrace for lunch, dinner or strolling outside. Here, you'll be in a quiet area! The space The apartment is 16 minutes from Saint Victor sur Loire, a nautical base with pleasant beaches for family walks. You can visit the Château d'Essalois, a superb castle in the Loire Gorges. You are also close to the Roche la Molière Castle, listed as a historic monument. The apartment is located on the ground floor. It is completely new. The bedroom is equipped with a 140 double bed and a dressing room. Linens are provided. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed that can sleep 2 people. It's pretty comfortable according to the feedback from guests😊. There is also a TV and internet access as well as Netflix. The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, fridge, freezer, stove, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, Nespresso, citrus press, toaster and everything you need to cook. You can even take your meal with you thanks to the airtight boxes provided if you are traveling for work😉. On site: salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, dishwashing products, tea towels, hand towels, aluminum foil, plastic wrap…. Here everything is designed to make you feel at home. You'll have a few coffee pods and herbal tea for your first breakfast. The bathroom and toilet are separate. A very nice plus when there are several of you! The bathroom is modern. It consists of a large sink and a very functional tiled shower. You also have a washing machine, hair dryer, clothes pins, laundry basket, first aid kit. Towels are provided. The plus: a terrace just for you! Guests can stroll, read or eat outdoors. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. Guest access I'll send you directions for check-in and checkout, as well as the lockbox code and free parking spot before you check in. You can check in completely independently😊. Other things to note Parking is available 20 meters from the property. And you'll need to access it on foot. You won't be able to park in front of the entrance.
