Faith Villa is an independent house located @ a 15- minute drive from Chennai airport. Close to hospitals like Rela, Balaji, etc., shopping like Pothys Swarna Mahal, Super Saravana Stores, Chennai Silks, Tanishq, etc., and scores of restaurants and movie theatres. Ground floor has hosts. First floor house is being offered on Airbnb. It has its own independent private entrance and car park. It is a very spacious 2 BHK, fully serviced, independent space with good ventilation and natural light. The space 2 Bedrooms where 6 guests can stay. Master Bedroom has: - Teakwood King Bed - Teakwood head table - 2 Lounge chairs and round table to sip your morning coffee - Dedicated workstation and chair to catçh up on your work - Wardrobes with hangers - Split AC - Netlon for windows - Spacious balcony with seating to enjoy the evening - Netlon for balcony door - Attached bathroom with hot water Geyzer, etc. Second Bedroom has: - Teakwood Queen Bed - Head table - Dedicated workstation and chair to catçh up on your work - Wardrobes with hangers - Split AC - Netlon for windows - Spacious balcony with seating to enjoy the evening - Netlon for balcony door - Bathroom with Geyzer, etc. Living Room has: - 2 nos. of Divan Single beds with mattress. - Fully upholstered sofas (3+3+1+1) 8 seater - Large circular Teakwood centre table - Centre carpet - 2 Wooden rocking easy chairs with foot stools - Split AC - Netlon for windows and main door - Decorative lighting - Sony TV with Airtel to watch movies, news, etc. Dining Room and kitchen have: - Wooden dining table with 6 chairs - Cupboards on either side of the table - Netlon for windows - Modular kitchen - Gas stove - Electric chimney - Microwave oven - Bread toaster - Purified drinking water (RO) - Fridge - All types of Cookware, pots, pans, tava, etc. - Crockery and cutlery - Storage containers General: - Complimentary wifi - Washing machine - Inverter power backup - 24 hours water supply - Iron box - Purified drinking water (RO) - Security cameras on the outside - Car park - First-aid kit Milk, grocery, fruits, vegetables are available in corner shops (2 minutes walk). Grocery may be ordered online on Instamart or Zepto and be door delivered. Food may be ordered on Swiggy or Zomato and be door delivered. We have a helper who is a cook. She is the person who maintains the property. However, as the norms of Airbnb guests are supposed to be taking care of the cleanliness during the stay. In case you need a helper for maintenance you can hire her on payment basis. Guests can make coffee/ tea and cook their own food. However, in case you need a cook to help in cooking and washing you can hire her on payment basis. Guest access The guest has to climb 18 steps (6" each) to reach the space. Our guests are free to access the entire first floor of the house (Faith Villa) which includes the living room, dining room, kitchen, master Bedroom, second Bedroom, bathrooms and balconies. Other things to note We ensure that our guests have a comfortable stay in 'Faith Villa.' Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Ola and Uber can take you to any part of the city. I hope you enjoy the ambience; and I am sure you will do your best to preserve it. NO SMOKING. (Penalty Rs. 2,500/-). (Smoking only in balconies). NOT SUITABLE for parties. NOT SUITABLE for unmarried couples from India. The host reserves the right to visit the space upon notification and reserves the right to cancel/ discontinue if any hint of criminal activity or a nuisance to neighbours. Photo ID card of all adult guests to be shared prior to check-in. Failure to do so would automatically result in cancellation of booking. Fresh linen and towels will be provided after the 4th night of stay. Remember to wash all Cookware, pots, pans, Crockery, cutlery, etc., prior to leaving. Dispose all trash in bags (provided) and leave them outside the main door. For extended stay guests who wish to stay for 30 days and more must sign a rental lease agreement. The guest will be the lessee and the host will be the lessor.
