The Cottage on Franklin

The Cottage is 8 minutes off of I-70. Tucked away from the noise of Main Street but in walking distance of the downtown area. It’s a cute little house that offers a great place to unwind and relax and spend time with loved ones. The space The main floor offers a living room, eat-in fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with a queen bed, office/bonus room, and a bathroom. Upstairs has a bedroom with a queen bed and a loft area the has a queen bed as well as a set of bunk beds. *note-there is no bathtub, only a shower. There is a hand held shower head as well as a collapsible baby tub for young children. The cottage is cozy with lots of natural light! The front porch has a swing where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a night cap. The perfect spot to take a minute and enjoy the moment! *There is a coop with some chickens at the end of the property. The eggs are not part of the listing. However you are welcome to feed the chickens your vegetable scraps and say hello. Guest access The whole house is accessible to guests except the basement.
