Keyless lock entrance, dedicated workspace, fully-stocked kitchenette, high-speed Wi-Fi, and smart TV with streaming services. Note: Owners live upstairs, foot traffic please bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. The unit maintains a cool temperature all year. The space Welcome to Seattle! We'd love to host you in this private 1BR/1BA open-concept studio on the ground floor of our two-story home in the Northgate. This is a cozy space for you to rest while you explore Seattle. Completely separate entrance with keyless entry, kitchenette, and private bathroom--all solely for your use. Free street parking is available on the street or driveway. Northgate Transit Station is located just a few blocks away. Enjoy an adventurous day commuting via Seattle LightRail and/or Metro bus service to several attractions. The Space: This is the ground floor studio unit of a home on a residential street ending in a cul-de-sac. You'll have easy access to public transportation through multiple bus lines and are within walking distance of grocery stores like QFC and several great restaurants, coffee shops, shopping locations, and the Seattle Kraken Ice Skating Rink. Highlights of the space: - Your own separate entrance with a keyless lock - Kitchenette, dining area, living room, and bedroom space - Dedicated workspace - Fully-stocked kitchenette with coffee machine, teabags, bowls, plates, glasses, and utensils. While there is no stove/oven, we do provide a microwave. - Private full bathroom. We provide towels, shampoo/conditioner, soap, and basic toiletries provided. - Comfortable queen bed with down-alternative duvet. - High-speed Wi-Fi connection. - Smart TV with logged-on access to HBO, Netflix, Apple TV, Prime TV and Disney. - Control of efficient heating for your own unit - We are on the ground level and the entire space is step-free. Things to note: - We live in the space upstairs. You may hear the occasional foot traffic though the ceiling is insulated for sound. -Our driveway into the unit is steep! Please be mindful of the incline when parking your car. - To ensure a peaceful stay for all guests, we do not allow unbooked or unregistered guests, and any violation will result in cancellation. Also, please note that the use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on our property, no smoking, and excessive alcohol consumption is not allowed. Shared space areas: Feel at home throughout your stay. Shared spaces are accessible 24/7 for your convenience and comfort. Hosts will only access shared spaces outside of quiet hours.
