Possibility to park your vehicle 20 meters from the accommodation, bus stop located 400 meters walk. Free access to a beautiful terrace with garden furniture, Jacuzzi and stunning views of the Odet and sunset. The space We offer a private room of about 18 m² with direct access from the outside, with its private bathroom and private office area. We provide you with: - hand towels - Toiletries (hairdryer, cotton pads, cotton swabs, shower gel) - bed linen (beds are made upon arrival) - kettle, - Nespresso coffee machine - cups and mugs + teaspoons - coffee pods + assorted tea + sugar - glasses (water and wine) - corkscrew - reviews of the area - computer monitor - all office supplies (post-its, erasers, pencils, pens, tape, highlighters, etc.) Access is done independently with a key box, allowing you to arrive at any time. But since we live there, most of the time we can welcome you in person, and give you the tour. We also offer you the opportunity to enjoy a beautiful terrace overlooking the Odet (terrace shared with our family), but also a Jacuzzi. Access to the Jacuzzi is only on request and subject to conditions (compliance with certain rules) => €15 per half hour, €25 per hour, to be paid on site to the owners.
