Welcome to your perfect coastal retreat! A lovely spacious apartment for rent in the breathtaking paradise of Puerto Escondido. Located between the renowned neighborhoods of Zicatela and La Punta, this beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment is the quintessential beachfront living. The apartment has a sparkling pool, offering the perfect setting for relaxation and entertainment. The space It was originally a large family home, which we partially closed to create a more intimate space, ideal for small groups. You will occupy a completely private part of the property — no space is shared, and you will enjoy the place in complete tranquility. The house consists of two levels: Ground floor It includes a bright living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (Bedroom 1 with King size bed and Bedroom 2 with Queen size bed) as well as a bathroom with toilet. First floor (privatized for you) It accommodates two additional independent bedrooms (Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4), each equipped with a queen size bed and its own private bathroom. This layout offers you a comfortable, functional and perfectly adapted space to enjoy a pleasant stay, whether with family or friends. Please note that the house includes stairs to access certain areas, which may not be suitable for guests with mobility difficulties. Other things to note 💧 Drinking water We provide you with drinking water through an EcoFiltro, which saves you from buying disposable plastic bottles. 🧹 Housekeeping Cleaning service is provided from Monday to Saturday (unless there are exceptional changes) by Yemmy. Conrado and Luis take care of the garden and pool throughout your stay. 💡 Things to know about Puerto Escondido Puerto Escondido is a beautiful destination, but the local infrastructure is not always suitable for the large number of visitors. Power outages can sometimes occur and unfortunately we have little control over these situations. These events are exceptional, and we thank you for your understanding. 🛜 Starlink High-Speed Internet For your convenience, the house is equipped with fast internet via Starlink. 🌴 Tropical environment Our house is located in a tropical climate, which is part of its charm. It is therefore possible to come across some mosquitoes, geckos or other small visitors typical of the region. We do everything we can to keep the space clean and comfortable, but nature is part of the Mexican experience. Please take this into account when you book. 🤫 Quiet neighborhood The house is in a residential area where noise is not allowed after 11 p.m. 🛣️ Access to the house The house is accessed by dirt roads that can be a bit difficult, especially during the rainy season.
