It is located on a quiet street and is a short walk to Fort Edgecomb. The house looks over the Sheepscot River. Bring a kayak to launch from the private dock, or even arrive by boat. You are minutes from Wiscasset and a short drive to Boothbay Harbor. The space Each bedroom looks out over the river. The front porch wraps around with views of the river and the private pond. There is also a sun porch for cooler days. Watch the lobstermen pull their traps right out in front. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, yard, and dock. The owners have a small apartment at the back of the house that is accessed by a separate entrance. The owners are there occasionally.
