Welcome to the Geneva Guesthouse! Located on a quiet, tree-lined street within easy walking distance to downtown Geneva, iconic Third Street, and the Fox River. This 3-bedroom, 4-bath home is perfect for multiple couples or families with kids. Hang out in the expansive living room with large screen TV, play board games or do a puzzle on the game table, let your children explore the kids area stocked with plenty of toys, or have a ping-pong tournament on the KillerSpin table in the basement. The space This home has three floors of living space! Upon main floor entry, you will find a dining area just off the kitchen with a large table. A desk in the corner is a great place to work or study. The kitchen includes all modern amenities with extras such as a TV, Keurig coffee maker, and electric hot water kettle. Enjoy your first cups of coffee or tea on us! (Please note that the wall oven is relatively small...unlikely to fit a turkey!) Beyond the kitchen is the main floor full bath (with shower) and entry to a huge living room that includes a couch and love seat with ottoman and additional comfortable seating for visiting or watching TV. This living room also includes a game table and children's play area with a children's table. Puzzles, games, toys, DVDs, and books are all included. There's plenty of fun for the whole family! The lower level bedroom has a Queen bed and a extra long twin bed with an en suite bathroom. Enjoy watching TV in your own room or working at the desk with a view of the backyard. The upper level main bedroom has a beautiful en suite bathroom featuring a large shower with dual shower heads. It has a California King bed and also includes a TV for entertainment and a desk for work. There is ample closet and dresser storage. The second bedroom on the upper floor has a Queen bed and a bunk bed for the little ones to enjoy, closet, and drawer storage. A few feet down the hall is a full, newly remodeled bathroom with tub/shower, dedicated to this room. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL BEDROOMS REQUIRE STAIRS TO ACCESS THEM. Soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, towels, and a few rolls of toilet paper are provided in all bathrooms. The basement has a laundry area with a washer and dryer, as well as a ping pong table with paddles and balls. Guests have access to YouTube TV with full menu of cable-like channels including local stations on all four TVs in the home. There is a pack 'n play and high chair available for young children. Outdoor space includes a front porch with a table and two chairs perfect for your morning coffee and a back patio with a gas barbecue.
