The farm stay is close to Dickabram Bridge, and Mary Valley Rattler-Gympie just 42 minutes away. A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes. Guest access Guests have access to the tiny home and its surrounding areas, except on the other side of the creek where the main house is located. If you're interested in a short beach trip to go swimming, or just admire stunning sea views, Rainbow Beach is just an hour-drive away. Other things to note - No smoking allowed on the property - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - We have chickens, ducks, and goats on the property - Expect farm animal noise, as we are working farm - We have 5 dams with the main dam used for boating - We have a friendly Maremma Sheepdog on the property - Recycling and waste bins are located near the entrance gate - We ask guests to dispose of their rubbish in the appropriate bins - Please note that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge. - Pets are allowed by 24 hrs prior notice, and must be on leash at all times. The full policy will be sent before arrival. Pre-booked activities with 24 hrs notice: - Boat use is available on request - Life jackets are required, and guests must be able to swim. - To join farm chores like feeding, contact in advance and follow all safety guidelines provided by the land host. Important note: - BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban - Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
