Guests can enjoy two balconies, one of which has a dining table and faces the condominium garden. It is just a few minutes drive from Vilamoura and Quarteira, and their beaches, as well as supermarkets, restaurants and other services. Guest access The beaches of Quarteira and the Vilamoura Marina are just 2.5 km away. Vale do Lobo is 8 km away. Vilamoura and its casino are a 5-minute drive from the apartment. The nearest airport is Faro Airport, a 20-minute drive away. Guests will have access to the entire apartment, as well as the condominium's garden and pool area. Access to the condominium is private, for guests only, and they will have a remote control to access it. The condominium's outdoor parking lot is for guest use. This apartment is on the 1st floor without lift. Check-in can be done: - In person at the property, or - Via key safe (self check-in). Details will be arranged with guests prior to arrival. Check-in is between 4pm and 7pm. Check-out: Must be completed by 10:00 a.m. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Other things to note Not suitable for pets Parties or events are not allowed. Youth groups are not accepted. The check-in is between 4pm and 7pm. After 7pm it can have extra cost. The security deposit must be paid online by card by the day of check-in. The security deposit is 300 euros for a maximum of 28 nights. For groups or young people, the security deposit is doubled. A tourist tax is charged at check-in for guests over the age of 16. According to the amendment to the Regulations and Table of Fees and Licences for the Incorporation of the Municipal Tourist Tax of the Municipality of Loulé, published in Diário da República, the amount to be charged from November to March is €1 per night, per person, and from April to October it is €2 per night, per person. If you need an invoice with a taxpayer, you must send the invoicing data until the day of check in. If you want a crib, the request must be made in advance and is subject to availability. They have a cost of 5€ per night, paid in cash at check in. We ask our guests to treat our home and our neighbours as you would like them to treat your home and your neighbours. We cannot be held responsible for temporary technical faults (e.g. wifi, television, light, water, etc.). Quiet hours: 11pm-8am For bookings of 15 nights or more, we reserve the right to carry out an inspection up to 7 days before the departure date. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ LONG STAY DISCOUNT - For stays starting on 28 nights between November and April special conditions are applied: -Electricity charge paid separately - the amount calculated from a device that collects consumption data during the stay. - Security deposit (deposit) in the amount of 1200€ to be returned at the end of the stay after checking the flat; - Water and internet charges included; - The cleaning fee includes only check-in/check-out cleaning. - During their stay, guests may request additional cleaning or extra bed linen and towels at an additional cost and subject to availability.
