Welcome to our cozy house with garden, located in a quiet neighborhood in Aalst! From the cottage, you are 10 minutes from the city center of Aalst, 30 minutes from Ghent and 30 minutes from Brussels. In addition, it is in the middle of the countryside, perfect for hikers or cyclists, 1.5 km from padel courts and within walking distance of Aquatopia swimming pool. Ideal for families! Through the hallway, you reach the cozy living room, the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, where you will find everything you need to cook at home: a gourmet set, panini grill, air fryer, oven, microwave and once everything is done, everything can go straight into the dishwasher. Or go eat in one of the many cozy restaurants in Aalst, feel free to ask me for recommendations (whether or not child-friendly addresses). The kitchen has all the essentials, including a Nespresso coffee machine. In the cozy living room, you can enjoy board games (in Dutch or French) or television with Chromecast, ideal for cozy movie nights. On the other side of the hall, you will find the bathroom, equipped with a shower toilet, and a washing machine and dryer. And the children's bedroom, conveniently on the ground floor for the little ones to quickly go to the toilet. In the children's bedroom, I provide toys to entertain them for hours. Upstairs, the spacious master bedroom awaits. The office space invites you to work or read in the evening and completely relax. Outside in the enclosed garden, you can get a breath of fresh air and enjoy the silence. In good weather, you can eat outside and who knows, even BBQ if the weather allows. *New* We put a Jacuzzi on our terrace! And let's not forget the two cats nearby, I feed them regularly myself and also provide food for them for the period you are there. You don't have to let them in. That choice is up to you. They are really cuddlers! At our home, everything is about love, warmth, peace and calm and being together with friends and family.
