Beautiful 2 Bedroom self-contained Annex, walking distance of the picturesque Pantiles and pedestrian promenade of Royal Wells. With a variety of boutique stores, cafes & restaurants this is an ideal place for family, couple or single traveller looking for an elegant place to stay. Fully equipped kitchen & eating area has everything you need to make a stay easy. (Cooking-Induction Hob, Microwave, Air Fryer - No fitted Oven) The Annex has its own private entrance as well as off street parking. The space The annex @ 53 includes a Kitchen / Dining area with seating for 4 people. We have installed a Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer. Fully kitted out with plates, pans, glasses, cups etc… You will find cupboard staples such as Salt, Pepper, Herbs etc… as well as Teas, Coffees & milk - Both a French press & Nespresso machine are there for your daily coffee. The dining area has been specifically designed to double as an effective and comfortable office/working area - With specifically placed sockets and fast Wi-Fi. A lounge with 2 x sofas, coffee tables, television (Under stairs cupboard with vacuum, iron, ironing board, etc...) Window Shutters for privacy. Stairs leading up to a large 1st floor (Directly into master bedroom) High-Quality King-Size bed and window shutters. A door from the Master bedroom room leads directly to the second bedroom with Bunk Beds, Drawers and & TV. (The high bunk beds are sturdy so suitable for teens and young adults) Bathroom is also off the master bedroom - with large modern power shower, WC & Basin. The annex has everything you need for your stay including Towels, soaps, towels, hair dryer etc... A small outside space has been created for you to enjoy a sunny evening. The annex also has a private front door and off street parking. Guest access This is a self contained annex has its own private front door and all areas are totally exclusive & private - There is a door from the annex to the Pantry of the main house, but this will be locked and not accessed during your stay. Other things to note Parking is available on the shared driveway as well as ample parking on the road where parking is free and unrestricted.
