Bridget Court Pool House is one of two homes tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac on the lakeside of Red Arrow Highway, a stone's throw away from downtown Union Pier where you can grab some coffee from Black Currant or sandwich from Milda's.  You also have a nice walk along the new bike/walking path alongside Red Arrow Highway that will get you over to Red Arrow Roadhouse or Whistle Stop for lunch and/or dinner. The central location in Harbor Country is just a short drive to New Buffalo or up along the coast to Sawyer and St. Joe.   The best thing about Bridget Court Pool House is that you can choose between the 30' x 14' private, heated in-ground pool (installed in 2024) or the beach! McKinley Beach in Union Pier is only 1,500 feet away and is one of the best beaches in our area as it seems to avoid fluctuating in size along with the water level in the lake. There is a gradual path that leads halfway down to the beach then 45 stairs, with a couple rest spots along the way. The Center Avenue beach is about 2000 feet way and is also a great beach with somewhat easy access.  This 4 bedroom home is newly constructed with an open concept main area with a primary bedroom and en suite bathroom on the main floor.  There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, including a second primary bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath!  There is also a spacious queen bedroom, and a room for the kids to sleep and enjoy as their own space where they can play and have fun. The back of the house is perfect for relaxation. The screened-in porch is runs nearly the length of the home and has space for eating, lounging, watching TV, board games, and lounging. There are also spots along the roadside, in the grass across Lakeshore Rd from the house. Please don't block the gate that you will see there. The closest beach is the neighborhood beach at the end of McKinley, just 2/10 of a mile north on Lakeshore and then take a left on McKinley. Is the backyard fenced in? Yes, the left side of the property off the porch and the entire back of the property is fenced in for peace of mind with smaller kids. Parking There is parking for 4 cars in the driveway. Please don't park on the street.  Hot tub Open all year and professionally serviced Pool Open from the Friday of Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day Monday for certain. The pool will reopen prior to Memorial Day weekend in 2025 and be open through Labor Day weekend at minimum. Beach access The closest beach access is the Center Ave Beach, just 4/10 of a mile.. The McKinley Beach is also super close. There is no parking at either beach so they are for this neighborhood's residents and guests only. Coffee Maker Drip coffee maker in the kitchen
