The space The house has living room, dining room, full kitchen, family room, one bathroom, two bedrooms each with a queen bed, one bedroom with one bunk bed, and backyard patio area. Additionally there is parking available in front of the house and private parking in the back. Cable TV, Wifi, and Netflix available. Complete solar panel system with backup battery in place. General rules: - No pets - Any damage to the property will result in additional charges - Washer/dryer are for the exclusive use of the cleaning service - Please do not move any items belonging to the property - Please listen to music at a moderate volume - We are not responsible for injuries occurring inside or outside the property or lost personal items
