The private property of the Dunes community includes an outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub, beach access, community grilling area and fitness center. Walking distance from the beach, you will have no trouble getting your fill of sandy toes! An open concept kitchen and living area layout, that has plenty of room for the entire family. Beautiful views streaming in from your own private balcony. The well-equipped kitchen has everything needed to whip up a local seafood dish, stocked with pots/pans/utensils. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private balcony and take in the dazzling views. Relax after a day on the beach in the comfortable living space with a sleeper sofa. The peaceful bedroom features a king-size bed. Bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The hallway has a bunkbed featuring two twin-size beds. *You must be at least 25 to rent at The Dunes. No parking of trailers, RV's or watercraft allowed onsite. For the total comfort of our guests, the kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans. Yet, seasoning ingredients are not provided for the safety of our guests. During your stay, you will be able to enjoy the many on-site shared amenities, including a swim-through indoor/outdoor pool, pool spa, grilling area, outdoor shower, and fitness center. The Neighborhood: Both Kiva Dunes and the Peninsula golf club are a short drive with Craft Farms not too much further. There are charter fishing outfits at the marinas nearby and near the fort, and there is the ferry landing where flounder lurk. In this same area, there is a group of rocks that keep fish around with the Dixie Bar out in front of Fort Morgan what offers some of the best fishing for redfish and trout in the entire area. The Dunes has a great night-time view of the drilling platforms on the west end of the Alabama Gulf Coast. On a clear night, they look like fire flies in the Gulf. It is a beautiful sight. Guest Access: *The complex DOES require parking passes. The complex charges $30/parking pass and limits two vehicles per condo. Your parking passes will be on the counter in the kitchen upon arrival. Fill this out COMPLETELY and place it VISIBLY in your vehicle's dashboard. Guest access SUPPLIES: We only supply a starter kit of amenities, each bathroom has one roll of toilet paper, and bar of soap. The kitchen is supplied with a roll of paper towels, one trash bag, and a small dish soap/sponge. Guest will need to provide any needs after that. PROPERTY: The entire condo is available to the guest, except a owners closet. PARKING: The complex DOES require parking passes. The complex charges $30/parking pass and limits two vehicles per condo.
