On the other side of the hallway, the bedroom with 2 single beds 90 cm, it communicates with a shower room, the relative proximity of the parents' room can be an asset for families! The second is the attic. It is rather a studio Indeed the bedroom side has a double bed and communicates with a bathroom ( shower ) and in the same surface but without direct view a TV lounge and foosball table! This floor is large but has some drawbacks, the stairs or the height under the ramp! It is optional so its availability carries an additional cost! For the rest downstairs, you will have a big lounge and nice kitchen! Dishwasher and washing machine should allow everyone to have a good time without having wet hands in the washhouse! Enjoy the garden, BBQ , some sunbathing, shade of the lime tree or all the activities in the area . Please note, we are in an area with a high water restriction the lawn will not be watered and do not expect a green environment on the menu it is rather fig tree, lavender and cicadas! The house invites you to relax! And the Clim is a great asset in the summer! A private parking space with 32A charger is available! If you have a vehicle more important than a sedan, the parking lot of the municipality is 30 m away! Here we want you to like it Guest access You will have access to all the rooms of the main building, i.e. the living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (parents and children) their associated bathrooms, office, parking and its 32A charger, garden, and terrace. The outdoor workshop is closed as well as the cage adjoining the property. Please note that the third bedroom is an option; it generates additional costs for cleaning, bedding, and the associated bathroom, if you need more than 2 rooms, please indicate at least 5 guests.
