Your desert sanctuary awaits! This lovely home is truly one-of-a-kind as it is both centrally located and spacious. It's right in the heart of midtown, about a ten minute drive from the University of Arizona and about a 15 minute drive from Downtown Tucson. Whether you are here to visit a loved one at the University of Arizona or enjoy one of Tucson's many attractions, you'll find the home to be charming & spacious. We welcome guests looking for an extended stay. Hablamos Español. The space This newly furnished and renovated, spacious midtown home is a bright space for families, both born into and chosen. The gorgeous space welcomes you with a sweet living room and dining room area followed by a kitchen that is furnished with stainless steel appliances, and brand new granite countertops and cabinets. It has all the utensils and cooking tools you'll need. Coffee, tea, and light breakfast items to get you started are included. This home has 4 bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, one with a California king-size bed, and two with queen-size beds. There are two bathrooms, one attached to a main bedroom, and one attached to the walkway between the two last bedrooms. We’ve also made all the beds extra comfy for you with new pillow top mattress toppers that will ensure you get those important zzzzzs. :) We are family & pet friendly. If you happen to have a baby in your group, we provide a crib and changing table. For those bringing their furry family members, the backyard is fully fenced in and private. Please regularly clean up after your pets during your stay. Please no parties, illegal drugs, or smoking/vaping anywhere on the property. Guest access Guests can access the entire main house including the private backyard (not shared with the guest house on the other side of the fence). You will also have access to the laundry room that is attached to the main house. The laundry room is the only shared space with the guest house guests. Please be respectful. Laundry hours are from 9am-9pm daily. Other things to note Stays longer than 28 days will require a standard lease. All of our rooms have blackout curtains and white noise machines for our traveling nurses or guests that happen to work at night. If furniture is moved during the stay, it will need to be put back in its original location prior to departure. We also have a foosball table if you ever want to blow off some steam and enjoy a game. :) Need more space? Our guesthouse on the property is fenced off and private, and accommodates up to three guests. It is also listed on Airbnb. Message us for more details. Please note that there is some light foot traffic in the neighborhood as the home is in midtown Tucson. We love the home and lived there ourselves with our young family before relocating. Thank you!
