Featuring beautiful views of the bay perched upon the hill and surrounded by greenery, this get away makes it easy to unwind, feel at peace, serve as a vacation home-base or work remote from. Located just minutes from the SF Bay Ferry or 20 minutes to Napa you are in an ideal location for entertainment and nature destinations alike! The space 1,400 sqft home on a 9,000 sqft lot. The room is fitted with a full sized bed, large desk, large dresser and closet as well as 4k smart TV. The room also has a lockable door for security. You have total access to the full kitchen equipped with new appliances including a gas powered stove, large refrigerator, dishwasher, bullet blender and more. Comfortable lounging in the living room, side patio and backyard. Guest access Entire home and property minus the master bedroom. During your stay You can text me any time for any inquiries! You can also call and if i’m not available leave a message and I will message you promptly to answer the inquiry as well as call you back at my earliest opportunity. I have genuinely enjoyed getting to know my guests upon conversations and occasionally sharing a drink if I’m around. Also however if you are more of an introvert or couple that prefer your own time and space I fully respect and support that to :) Guests also often love playing with my kitten named Amor as well who’s only out and about at times when I am home and is never in the guest room. In every direction you look wether you’re in the home or around the property you are surrounded by lush greenery that breaths life into the space.
