The master bedrooms have an attached bathroom with dual vanity and sinks. The outdoor spaces have a hot tub in one side and a sectional sofa with a fire pit that is cozy and perfect for morning coffee or an evening beverage on the other side. Please note the bedding arrangements. The house has 10 beds (including 2 sofa beds) for 20 people. No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed in the house. Minimum Age - Must be at least 22 years old to book Identification - Photo ID may be required upon check-in Security - Your safety matters. This property features external security cameras around the house at the front door and above the garage. They do not look into any interior spaces Long Term Stays - We welcome long-term stays! Please note that for stays longer than 28 nights, a security deposit and additional cleaning fees apply to ensure the home remains in top condition for the duration of your visit. Biweekly cleanings are mandatory. Deposits - A security deposit is required and is charged in addition to the booking cost. This deposit is refundable upon inspection after your stay.
