Three stylish and lovingly furnished bedrooms invite my guests to feel completely comfortable in the completely newly renovated apartment. Guest access The apartment is located on the upper floor and can be accessed via a staircase. The front door and the apartment door can be opened/closed with a key. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The space House rules Dear guest, I am a passionate host and my wish is that you feel at home in our apartment. A few house rules still have to be accepted, which are hopefully self-evident for you anyway. 1. Due diligence - Out of consideration for our neighbors, we ask you and your fellow travelers not to make noise in the hallway. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 6 am. - Please take care of the apartment and treat it like your home and make sure your fellow travelers do the same. - Please always close the windows as well as the apartment and house door when leaving the apartment. - No smoking inside the apartment and in the hallway. Smoking is also not allowed at the window. In case of violation, the cost of textile cleaning will be charged. - Only the specified people are allowed to stay overnight in the apartment. Upon arrival, additional people must be registered immediately. - Make yourself at home and make yourself comfortable. However, we ask that you return all furniture and furnishings to their place before your departure. - Please wash and dry the dishes and cutlery and put them back in the cupboard. - Parties and events are not allowed in the apartment 2. Damages Damage must be reported to the host immediately. The guest is liable for all damages. Damaged, lost or destroyed inventory will be charged at replacement price. The host is not liable for the guest's valuables. 3. Keys The keys may not be passed on to third parties. Duplicating the keys is prohibited. If the keys are lost, the guest is liable up to the amount of the replacement costs (locking system).
