Welcome to The Lodge at Edgewater Estate, a stunning lakefront retreat on Lake Thunderbird! This brand-new, luxurious property offers breathtaking views, modern amenities, and elegant furnishings. The open-concept living area with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooks the lake. The expansive deck, perfect for any weather, offers exceptional views. Accommodating up to 16 guests, it's ideal for large groups or families. Enjoy water sports, hiking, or simply relaxing by the serene lake! The space 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom new construction home right on the shores of Lake Thunderbird. Tastefully and comfortably decorated throughout. The main level is open concept with the kitchen, kitchen island, dining area, and living room all connected. Each of the 3 large private bedrooms contains a king bed (master also has a small daybed with trundle for supplemental sleeping space. All 3 private bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. Upstairs in the above-garage loft are several additional beds: 4 twins and 1 full. There is also 1 full bathroom upstairs. Attached to the back side of the main level is a huge deck overlooking Lake Thunderbird. Part of the deck is covered with an outdoor dining table and wicker furniture. Enjoy 2 chaise loungers in the uncovered portion of the deck. Downstairs, you will find a private king bedroom with en suite bathroom. In the downstairs family room, is additional sleeping space with a custom-built bunk bed offering 2 queen and 2 twin bunks. There is one additional bathroom downstairs adjoining the family room. A covered lakefront patio stretches across the entire lower level, with separate access from the king bedroom and the family room. For your convenience, the family room also offers a small bar with beverage refrigerator and ice maker. Guest access You will have access to the entire main home on the Edgewater Estate property. You will also have access to Lake Thunderbird as a guest of our home. However, you will need a guest pass from our local improvement district to access area amenities, which includes all lakes, community centers and golf courses. We will need the name of all guests staying at the property in order to obtain guest passes for them. The adjacent 3-story cottage and detached garage with living quarters on the right are not accessible by your party unless they are booked by friends or family traveling with you.
