Bedroom #2 (The Dandelion room) has a new Cal-King size bed, new bedding, additional blanket, a comfy chair, a window seat, and a chest of drawers. Bedroom #3 (The Garden room) has a comfortable new Queen size bed, new comfy bedding, dresser, armoire and shelving. It has a window and a sliding door to the garden. The lower level also boasts a full bath with a tub/shower combination as well as an indoor laundry room with washer and dryer. The guest has access to the entire home for the exception of the garage, and two small closets in the hallway on the lower level. The neighborhood is on the Marine Terrace, a highly desirable location in Cambria, 1 block from the ocean and 2 blocks to the Fiscallini ranch. The house is nestled between two pristine natural preserves: please drive carefully as you might be sharing the road with a family of deer. This home is a two story split level home. It has 3 staircases with 8 steps each staircase: 16 steps need to be navigated in order to access the top floor living space and 8 steps to access the lower level. In addition to stairs, the house has many windows and door on both levels as well as a pony wall and a wrap around deck. The base daily rate listed is for the first two guests. There is an additional daily charge of $25 for each additional guest. Maximum occupancy on the premises at any time is 6. Only booked/paid guests are allowed in the house at any time - no exceptions allowed. If friends or family decide to join you after you have booked, they are welcome as long as you adjust the reservation before checking in. Failure to adjust the booking to reflect the number of actual guests entering the house prior to checking in will result in a $100 late-guest fee charged to the reservation in addition to the charge of $25/per person per night. We use a security system to verify the number of persons entering the house, so please be accurate in your booking to avoid additional fees.
