It consists of a closed bedroom (sleeps 3) and bedding in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen. Wi-Fi included cleaning included (only during the winter season). In summer, cleaning is your responsibility. In summer, we accept stays of 2 nights minimum. In winter, only stays from Saturday to Saturday will be accepted. Sheets/towels are your responsibility. You can find a rental service in Bellecôte – LOCLINGE Two small rattan coffee tables. The living room area includes a Samsung 80 cm Smart TV, and an internet connection at your disposal. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with removable wall, sink and mirror/cabinet – hair dryer. The toilet is separated from the bathroom. Ample storage is available in the accommodation. A new kitchen awaits you - with a 3-burner stove - a range hood - an oven - a dishwasher - a large fridge with small freezer compartment - a microwave - Nespresso coffee machine - kettle. All the necessary dishes (plates, water glasses, wine glasses, beer glasses, cutlery, pans, saucepans, oven dishes, cake mold, salad bowls, cutting boards, etc.). There is also a raclette and fondue set. The dining area consists of an extendable table (120/172 x 80) – a 120 cm bench (with storage in the bench) + 3 chairs Floor heating, but auxiliary heating available. The Wi-Fi code will also be sent to you. Cleaning is included only in the winter season - please empty the garbage, and tidy the accommodation and dishes. Underground parking is available to the public at a rate of €60 per week. (Parking is free during the summer season). This is the P1 underground parking lot, 500 m from the accommodation.
