Hollis Oast Annexe

Hollis Oast Annexe is the perfect country retreat if you're looking to relax in the beautiful, Kent countryside. Set in 3 acres of land you can enjoy the breathtaking views from the Annexe away from the hustle bustle of every day life! The Annexe offers all the home comforts to make your stay stress free. There are country walks on your doorstep and some good local pubs that serve great food! The space The Annexe is full of character with featured oak beams and rag stone walls finished in a beautiful contemporary style. The interior is chic and the bifolding doors and skylight windows give it a bright and airey feel. The kitchen is modern with all the appliances you will need throughout your stay & both bathrooms offer spacious showers (no bath). Both bedrooms have double beds and all linen & towels are included in your stay. Guest access When you arrive at Hollis Oast Annexe there are two, free guest parking bays supplied. You will enter the gate at the Oast House where you will find the key safe on your right. Follow the gravel path on your left to get to the Annexe. You have full access to the Annexe and it has its own gated patio area which is exclusive to you. You're welcome to walk around the surrounding gardens that belong to the main house, you may meet Toby the Springer spaniel) and Cat the semi-feral cat. Both are very friendly! Other things to note The Oast House has a pond situated across from the Annexe. Families with small children should be aware that the pond offers no boundary or fencing to secure it so could be a potential risk for small infants if unattended.
