Other things to note AIR CONDITIONING ISSUE Yes, we have mini splits. We have one in the living room and in 3 bedrooms. There is only one bedroom that does not have one, but it has a floor fan. However, we do not offer it as an amenity, it is subject to availability and if it is working, if it fails it will not be a valid reason for cancellation without penalty.
