The apartment is located just in front of the Sagrada Familia, a privileged spot in Barcelona. It is 18 minutes walking (8 by metro) from the Paseo de Gracia, and 30 minutes walking (15 by metro) from Las Ramblas. It is also 35 minutes walking from Barcelona beaches (20 minutes by metro). Furthermore, a few meters from this apartment for rent in Barcelona, you will find all necessary amenities including supermarkets, tobacconists and pharmacies. About the public transports, this apartment rental in Barcelona is very well connected with the most important spots in the city. It is next to the Sagrada Familia metro station (line 2 and line 5) that will bring you to the Paseo de Gracia in 8 minutes, to Las Ramblas in 15 minutes, and Barcelona beaches in 20 minutes. Nightly rest of other neighbors must be strictly respected by all our guests. Accordingly, having parties at the apartments is not allowed, and quiet time is set everyday at 10pm both inside the apartment and at the common areas. Clients compromise to be extremely respectful and polite with the inhabitants of the building and guests from other apartments. Respect towards neighbors is a very delicate issue and we are absolutely strict in this matter. The property manager reserves the right to charge the full security deposit even the right to evict guests immediately upon claims submitted by neighbors. In that case, neither the prepaid rent nor the damage deposit will be refundable. In case a complaint is made to the police to any of the guests for annoyances or harassments caused to other neighbors of the building, the tenant must indemnify the host for a value of 5,000 euros. Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden and pets are not allowed unless specific permission granted by the property manager. Two sets of keys are provided of the apartment. Keys shall be return in perfect conditions the day of departure. Whenever you go out of the apartment please make sure you take your keys with you. ALSO, be very careful not to leave keys in the keyhole on the inside of the door, otherwise you will NOT be able to open the door when you return to the apartment. Please note that if you lock yourself out of the apartment you will be charged a fee of between 60 and 300 euros. Damage or loss of keys will entail an additional cost of 60 euros.
