We designed the home to be a beautiful oasis to come back to relax after a day of exploring. The beautiful back yard is an awesome place with sitting areas for grilling or relaxing around the fire pit. The converted garage is a place for the whole family to enjoy The space LOCATION Situated within walking distance of Azusa Pacific University, Slauson Park and Pool, and Downtown Azusa, our home allows you to explore tree-lined streets dotted with local shops, cafes, and restaurants. ADDITIONAL EXPLORATION For those looking to venture further, Disneyland is a mere 40-minute drive, while the sandy beaches of Santa Monica await just 45 minutes away. INSIDE THE HOME Inside, our home offers ample space to relax and unwind. The 3 bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, complemented by 2 well-appointed bathrooms. The living room is perfect for movie nights, and our fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. BED CONFIGURATION • Bedroom 1: Queen bed • Bedroom 2: Queen bed with a trundle • Bedroom 3: Queen bed • Bedroom 4 (converted garage): Sofa bed and a bathroom inside, functioning as a studio space. AMENITIES We've ensured your comfort with amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi, TVs, air conditioning, and convenient washer and dryer facilities. KITCHEN & DINING: Fully equipped kitchen with a dining table that can seat up to 6 LAUNDRY: On site PARKINGS: Driveways or street parkings PETS Pet fee: $35 per pet, per night. Flat rate available depending on the number of nights and pets.
