The space This 3 bedroom home with optional 4th bedroom sleeps 8 guests, easily. Upstairs showcases 2 large bedrooms with hardwood floors off the great room, 1 with 2 closets, 1 with 3. Full bath and kitchen upstairs. Downstairs has a large bedroom with a private entrance, right next to the other full bath. Optional 4th bedroom has a futon fit for two that makes the room an easy lounge room by day and extra bedroom by night by closing surrounding doors. Large private yard on quiet street, ample parking for at least 6 cars, and room for your boat...less than 1/4 mile to the public boat ramp.
