Unwind in this peaceful apartment located in South Liverpool, in the leafy suburb of Sefton Park & Lark Lane. The area is known for its parks, green spaces and Scouse character. Unallocated parking is available in the courtyard or street, with only one car per group otherwise the street is free to park on. The property is 7-10 minute drive from Liverpool city centre n The space The apartment is compact. It has two double bedrooms and a spacious lounge. The kitchen and bathroom are small galley style, please see the floorplan in the photos section. Large windows in the living room and bedroom allow the light to shine all day, adding to the relaxation. Super fast wifi. The tv is chromecast only. As it’s a building within a conservation area I’m not allowed put an aerial up. But you only need to download the google home app and you can use your Amazon, Netflix, Apple TV accounts. Or the bbc, channel 4, ITV apps to watch normal tv. Externally the garden is well-maintained and has a nice leafy feel. Neighbors are respectful. **For longer let’s (1 month plus) just message me and I’m happy to reduce when I can** Guest access The guests have full access to the kitchen. The bathroom. There's always hot water and a table and chairs to enjoy your breakfast or dinner - the sun shines over the table in the morning so bring your sunglasses and relax :) Other things to note If you require the cot/travel cot there is an additional £35 fee which goes to the cleaner who will prepare and freshen for your arrival. If you require an earlier check in time or later checkout time and we can accomodate this for a few of £20 subject to cleaner rearranging their schedule. A little history of the building: Across the road is Belreive School, I understand this block of apartments was originally built by the school for their boarding students, which helps explain the unique layout of the blocks. ***If you’re staying mid week there’s a weekly fire alarm test at 10am each Tuesday ***
