Our beautiful lake-front beach house is tucked away on the best part of Lake LBJ- the quiet Llano River arm of LBJ. It’s constant level so water levels are always great. We love bringing our own family here, & have the house outfitted with everything you need for your own lake vacation! Enjoy stunning views of Packsaddle Mountain, perfect sunsets, boat dock w/tie ups, clear water, and a huge, private sand beach. The property sleeps 17 people in beds and is the perfect getaway. KITCHEN & DINING The kitchen is stocked for large meals: pots and pans, utensils, and all the kitchen tools you will need (corkscrew included). We have 2 dining tables and bar stools at a center island bar for everyone to have a seat, visit, and make memories. BEDROOMS & BATHS Main house Bedroom 1: king size bed with en-suite bathroom and 2 large walk in closets. En-suite bath has double sinks and a walk-in shower. Connected bonus room with 1 set of twin bunk beds and a peaceful, private screened-in porch. Bedroom 2: large room with queen size bed and 1 twin over full bunk Bedroom 3: king size bed 1 shared hall bath Casita Bedroom 4: large room with 1 queen bed and 1 twin daybed with trundle Casita has a wrap-around porch, its own full kitchen and dining, living room with very comfortable memory foam queen sleeper sofa, 1 bedroom, 1 bath, and washer/dryer EXTRAS: We know traveling with little ones can be a challenge. We provide you with a pack n play and a highchair. We have 2 full size washers and dryers (1 set in the main house and 1 set in the casita). Iron and ironing board are provided.
