The space Casita del Mar is an artistic loft, a unique open space designed to create a sense of spaciousness and harmony between its different areas. The smart and functional design gives life to a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for solo travelers or couples. Every detail is carefully curated to offer more than comfort: an experience to feel and remember. SLEEPING AREA Queen-size bed (160x190 cm) with a breathable hybrid mattress designed to improve air circulation and reduce humidity, enhanced by a 7 cm memory foam topper for maximum comfort. Two sets of pillows with different firmness levels, bedspread and duvets of varying weight complete the bedding selection. Soft “silk-touch” bed linen ensures optimal breathability, allowing your skin to breathe and maintaining a comfortable temperature for a restful sleep. A single armchair bed (80x190 cm) is also available, suitable for children aged 5 to 15, providing comfort and relaxation for a family-friendly stay. KITCHEN The kitchen is a true masterpiece, custom-made by local artisans and perfectly integrated with the unique style of the loft. Trains are only briefly audible when passing and from a distance; otherwise, the space remains quiet and relaxing. We are environmentally conscious and kindly ask guests to follow recycling guidelines. The property uses photovoltaic energy, has no gas system, and features LED lighting and water-efficient fixtures. A selection of beverages will be available upon arrival. All indoor spaces are non-smoking; smoking is allowed on the terrace. Shared condominium parking is available (not assigned), with free public parking located just in front of the building.
