Coastal Paradise with POOL

Private, quiet HEATED pool home located between 41 Hwy and I75 for easy access to all FL destinations, and only 13 miles from Punta Gorda airport, and 38 Miles from Fort Myers Airport. This 2-bedroom/2 bath home provides everything you need to have a truly relaxing and perfect vacation. Relax next to the 24’x12’ pool and enjoy the Florida lifestyle with all the amenities of downtown, Fishermans Village, parks, beaches, shopping, dining, golf, & walking trails to explore. The space The Master bedroom features a King size bed, walk-in closet and master bathroom with shower, with direct access to the Lanai and heated pool area. There is a pack n play in the master suite closet for your little ones! The 2nd bedroom features a Queen bed and twin trundle with en-suite bathroom (shower/tub) and access to the kitchen area. The living room has an office area with desk for those who want to telecommute. Living room couch has a pull out bed if needed. The home has comfortable easy access for visiting the Lanai with multiple seating options. The home has Wifi, and TV's are set up with apps available for you to log in. All linens, towels and pool towels are provided. The kitchen has everything you need to cook from home. However, DoorDash and Uber Eats know the way to our home as well! Outside there is an electric George Foreman grill. Guest access Laundry area (washer/dryer/deep tub sink) is in the garage. It keeps the noise and the heat outside of the cool areas of the house. Other things to note There is a Pack n Play for young families, offering a place for babies to sleep or play safely. It is located in the master suite closet. We also have a pool fence with gate that you can easily install to protect little ones from having access to the pool. Please understand we are in close proximity to canals and undeveloped land which can mean wildlife and/or bugs, geckos, bees, mosquitoes, etc. These creatures reside in nature, and we have no control over them. We do spray in advance in and around the home regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs; however, we cannot control mother nature and therefore do not refund if you encounter her business during your stay. We have a septic system, and ask that nothing be put in the disposal. Please dispose all food in the trash before washing off the dishes in the sink, thank you! We have all needed accessories to enjoy the local beaches (chairs, towels, umbrella,toys). Games/cards are located in the living room for your enjoyment!
