Relax with the whole family at our home year-round! If it's warm, bring the boat! With a circle drive and parking for a trailer, we're just steps away from Hyrum Reservoir. The washer and dryer will help with all the towels and there's lots of space to rest after a day on the water. If it's cold, bring the skis and snowboards! We are a quick drive to Cherry Peak (40 mins) and Beaver Mountain (50 mins) Ski Resorts, and our hassle-free fireplace makes it easy to warm up after a snow day! The space Our home is a completely renovated 4-bed 2-bath getaway. The kitchen is ready for everything your group may need. Blenders, toasters, pots, pans, and tons of other gadgets. At the end of the day, Memory Foam Mattresses and Black-Out shades will ensure you get the best night's sleep. We don't sleep on microfiber sheets, so neither do you! A dishwasher, and convenient washer and dryer make you feel right at home. Guest access The large front of the house makes parking for the whole family super easy. The backyard includes a raised deck with a BBQ grill, a Fire Pit for roasting marshmallows and watching the stars, and a patio and picnic area for dinners or games outside. Inside the house, you have access to the upper portion of the home. While we decide on plans for Phase 2 of our renovation, we'll keep the unfinished basement closed and locked. We store cleaning supplies and touch-up paint down there. Please do not enter the basement. Other things to note Note for Neighbor's Horses: The horses out back are beautiful and playful, but please DO NOT feed the horses. Note for Winter Months: Because Hyrum receives +50 inches of snow a year, it's a great place to stay for ski trips! If you're visiting between November - March, you can almost expect it. To make it easy on guests, we use a snow removal company to clear snow from the driveway and front walkway after medium to heavy snowfall. Light snowfall shouldn't impact your ability to access the property easily and safely. When they remove the snow, they may require you to move your vehicle. Unfortunately, they will not remove the snow from your vehicle's windshield or the backyard areas. Because the snow hides obstacles, the driveway may be difficult to see. Please reference the image we've included in the listing photos where we've outlined landscape boulders (in red) and the drivable area (in green) to avoid potential accidents when visiting our home.
