Countryside Farm-stay | Studio with sleeping loft

A unique and cozy studio apartment nestled in our hobby-farm barn. Featuring a sleeping loft, mini wood stove, and garden view. The space The friendly farm dogs enjoy their best life off-leash on the property. You will be nearby the main house and will see and hear kids and animals on and off throughout your stay. The Studio is an open studio-style apartment in our barn with a sleeping loft, a separate entrance, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a full bathroom with a composting toilet. The loft offers a queen-sized bed—the lower (main) level has a sofa bed that becomes a double bed. Stay cozy with a fire in our mini wood stove. The safety information (posted in the Studio) must be read before guests use or touch the wood-burning stove. The Studio (barn) is adjacent to our home. Located beside our swimming pool and side lawn which you will not have access to. The barn portion of the building is home to our goats, cow and chickens. Guest access The entire apartment is yours to relax in! You will have shared access to a covered front porch of the barn. You will have no access to the barnyard or inside the barn. You can request a visit with the goats—and if we are available we would love to show you around. But, please do not venture off without permission. Other things to note It’s very important to note that we have two very friendly dogs, Scout and Winnie. They will greet you upon arrival. There are cats and possibly chickens roaming the farm yard. No animals inside the studio. The wifi can be slow at times and inconsistent. Welcome to country living. Unfortunately, flies and insects are a pesky reality of farm life. Please don’t the leave door to the studio open—they will sneak in and annoy you! You may hear roosters crowing in the early hours, dogs barking at night, crickets during the summer, and goats calling to one another at odd hours. The toilet is a composting toilet.
