Conveniently located 8 minutes from Frankton shops/airport, 5 mins from ski field road, and 3 mins from the award winning Jacks Point Golf Club & restaurant. The studio has all amenities for a comfortable stay, and guests can relax on the patio and take in the views. Whether skiing, golfing or exploring, it's the perfect base for your Queenstown getaway. The space The studio features a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and a selection of teas and spreads. There is a separate bunk room, perfect for kids or extra adults to have their own sleeping space. The space can accommodate 4 guest maximum including an infant. The bathrooms are finished to a very high standard will floor to ceiling tiles and quality fittings. The studio includes a small table and two chairs. A king-size bed and a TV with Netflix are also provided. The motorized blinds can be controlled by remote, and outdoor seating is available for guests to relax on the patio. Guest access This private studio is situated on the other side of the garage, with its own entrance, providing guests with a sense of privacy. Keys will be in a lockbox Other things to note We have a friendly cat that may visit occasionally, and two dogs that will be contained on our side of the property. The full length bunks are built to a high standard and suitable for adults, however 4 adults may find that the overall space in the unit is not sufficient, especially for longer stays.
