We also accept long term renters, at least one month and up with 25% discount. Electricity, Monthly dues and water will be shouldered by the renter. WiFi is Free so with Neflix & YouTube. Rice is also free & 5 gallons of mineral water is also FREE. We have complimentary coffee, toiletries and towels are provided too. Other things to note *The twin huge pools and wide kiddie pool are the main attractions here in Saekyung Village 1 Phase 3 aside of the beautiful picnic area. The pool is closed every Monday for cleaning and every night the pool will closed @10 PM in order for the one in charge to clean the pool. We also accept long term renters, for one month and up you can avail 25% discount. * And take note have items for sale in case you don’t feel like going/buying in 7-Eleven.
