Renovated historical 4br Old East Side home

Feel at home in our family and work-friendly, renovated historical home in highly sought-after, leafy Old East Side. Families, travellers, workers, Finke crews and hikers... you're all welcome from any part of the globe. All rooms are equipped with fans and split air conditioners to keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. We hope you have a comfortable stay and enjoy our unique town! The space Our home is yours to enjoy for comfort, recuperation, down-time or a unique holiday. The main house contains the following bedrooms: - 1 master with king bed and ensuite, access to private courtyard - 1 room with queen bed - 1 room with king single bunk bed - 1 room with adult single bed (pls note room has been updated with a single bed since photo was taken) Kitchen - recently renovated, we love to cook and hope you find everything you need. The kitchen and lounge room flow on to the outdoor courtyard and large rustic wooden table and benches, and a BBQ. You are welcome to use the space during your stay. Laundry - we have an enclosed laundry, accessed from the back of the house, with a washing machine and tub. Guest access You will have access to the whole house. Please note there is a caretaker living in the private cottage at the rear of the property. Guests will not have access to the cottage or attached study. Other things to note If you're unfamiliar with Australian wildlife, please note it is very common to have insects throughout the year. Whilst we have fly screens on all windows, please be mindful of keeping the doors closed. Insect spray can be found in the cupboard to the left of the fridge if needed. Our desert summers can be very hot and each room has split A/C. To conserve electricity, we recommend having the ceiling fans on and A/C cooling setting to no lower than 24C which is very effective. Conversely, desert winters can be very cold and the A/Cs can be set to warm setting to around 22C which is also effective in warming the rooms. You are welcome to use the fireplace but please do no leave it unsupervised.
