Cute Guest Room in Charming House

Guest room in a peaceful home. Convenient location, comfy bed, plants and fresh air. You would be sharing the top level of this house with just me. I have small hypoallergenic dog who generally sleeps all day :) Please feel free to message me with any questions you have prior to booking The space You will have the bedroom to yourself, complete with closet and desk space. Large shared bathroom and kitchen. A nice young person rents the basement of the home, but you won't be sharing any space with them. Only exception is if you need to do laundry, which is in the basement. Guest access You’re welcome to lounge in the large backyard on the deck, and to use the kitchen as you please. During your stay If you’re visiting Colorado, happy to provide some suggestions for your trip to help you enjoy this beautiful state of ours. Other things to note Laundry access is reserved for guests who will be staying 3 or more nights.
