The space This newly built retreat home is located in a resort and safe community, designed to provide comfort, safety and connection to all it's guests. This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is uniquely designed to provide you with the ultimate retreat experience. From the welcome kit (including starter supply of soap, shampoo, conditioner, and dish soap) that provides you with the simple essentials for your getaway, to the cozy fully equipped and connected rooms to the luxurious private pool and back patio retreat space, this home is here to complete your retreat experience. For your safety, this home has 24-hour front door camera footage, smart system keyless entry along with pool enclosure. In addition, complete in-garage and driveway space for up to 4 cars comfortably. Inside the home, each room is fully equip with comfortable furnishing and bedding, luxurious ceiling fans, large smart TV's and on-suite bathrooms. A fully equipped kitchen (with essential set of dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, as well as toaster, blender, coffee maker and electric kettle), along with a full-sized washer and dryer to provide the ease and comfort of a perfect retreat home. The living area provides comfortable space to relax and recharge with a couch, luxurious ceiling fan, 50" Smart TV and direct access and view of pool area. The back patio and pool area provides open and free space to enjoy the fresh air and private pool; furnished with comfortable lounge chairs with side table, along with table and chairs to enjoy some breakfast or light meal and company.
