Enjoy the warmth of radiant heating throughout the lodge, ensuring a cozy atmosphere in every season. The open-concept living area invites gathering, featuring a comfortable living room with a 55-inch HDTV and Fire TV for entertainment. Challenge your group to a selection of board games, or utilize the dedicated workspace with reliable Wi-Fi for remote-work getaways. Split air conditioners in the living room and upstairs main bedroom ensure comfort on warmer days. Bedrooms & Sleeping: • Comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests in three thoughtfully appointed bedrooms: • Bedroom 1: 1 King bed • Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed • Bedroom 3: 2 Twin beds • Extra pillows and blankets are provided for your comfort. Bathrooms: • Two newly-renovated bathrooms offer convenience and style. • Downstairs bathroom: Shower/tub combination • Upstairs bathroom: Walk-in shower • Essentials provided: bath towels, hand soap, hair dryer. • Please bring your preferred shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Fully Equipped Kitchen: • Prepare delicious meals in our well-equipped kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances: • Dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, wine refrigerator • Keurig, drip coffee maker, coffee grinder, hot water kettle • Wine glasses provided. Private Outdoor Space: • Step outside to your expansive 10-acre private yard • Large deck, complete with a gas grill for barbecues • Spacious fire pit for s'mores and stargazing under the Vermont sky • Please note: The yard is not fully fenced. Convenience: An in-unit washer and dryer are located in the basement for your use, making longer stays effortless. Guest access You will have private access to the entire home and the surrounding 10 acres of property. Enjoy a seamless arrival with self check-in via a smart lock. Ample free parking is available in the private driveway, with plenty of space for your vehicles and outdoor gear. Other things to note • Safety & Security: The home is equipped with smoke alarms and a first aid kit. For property security, there is one exterior camera facing the driveway. There are no cameras inside the home. • Firewood: Please plan to bring your own firewood for the outdoor fire pit. It is readily available for purchase at local stores nearby. • Wood Stove: If you’d like to use the wood stove, please only do so if you’re comfortable operating one - and feel free to message me anytime with questions or if you’d like a quick walkthrough. • Lawn Care: During the spring, summer, and fall, lawn mowing typically happens Friday or Saturday when weather allows. To help keep the yard looking great, please park in the driveway or garage and leave space for the mower to get around if possible. • Winter Conditions: The fire pit and deck are usable in winter, but please be aware that snow and ice can accumulate. We recommend bringing appropriate footwear for safety.
