Our Ausable Acres neighborhood offers trails for hiking, cross country skiing, and snowshoeing. Lake Placid, located just 30 minutes away- provides a variety of shopping and dining options! Are you attaining your 46’er status? The chalet is within 30 minutes to all major high peaks. There is something for everyone! Our home is also equipped with a GENERAC for power outages. After one minute of downtime, the GENERAC will automatically power-on. *Our home is exempt from Airbnb’s Service/Assistance/Emotional Support Animal Policy. No animals are allowed regardless of certification. We apologize for any inconvenience.* *A Guest count that exceeds 5 people must be approved by the owner. There is a $50.00/night, per person charge over 5 people occupancy. The entire home is available for your use. The exceptions are the back half of the mechanical room, and the garage. Host is available to speak via phone, email or text. We also have a property manager that is available and local to Wilmington, NY and able to assist with any situations that arise and need support. The sauna requires a mandatory waiver be signed by each guest and all instructions in the welcome manual must be read and agreed to. Check-out is 10:00 a.m. and the guest will incur a $50/hr fee past 10:00 a.m. with approval from the host.
