We’re located just 12 mins away from Monterey Downtown, Aquarium and 15 mins from Carmel and Pebble Beach! Quite getaway yet close to town. Please note, the garage’s been turned into a seperate living space The space Two story 4 - Bedroom / 2.5 Bath!! great for larger groups and accommodates 12 guests with ease. Please note all bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor and stairs are required! We do have a sofa sleeper on the 1st floor. First Floor: -Living room area with TV and seating -(1) Sofa bed (Opens up to a queen size bed) -(1) half bathroom -(1) Fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs - Backyard with seating area to enjoy the outdoors Top Floor: -(3) Bedrooms each with a queen size bed -(1) Master bedroom with a private full bathroom -(1) Full bathroom *** Please note the garage has been turned into a separate living space. It has its own side entrance and is occupied by a family member. You have full access to the house as mentioned and described *** Please note quite hours of 10pm to 8am to ensure everyone gets a good night of rest and to keep our neighborhood peaceful and calm.
