The whole 2-storied house of 80m2 will be yours to use. *** 🏡 Bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor: 🛏️ The first bedroom has one Queen bed (160cm x 200cm) and sleeps 2. 🛏️ The second bedroom has one double bed (140cm x 200cm) and sleeps 2. 🛏️ The third bedroom has a single futon set (90cm x 200cm) and sleeps 2. 🚿The toilet and bathroom on the 1st floor are separated. In a traditional Japanese house, you can expect a design that incorporates elements such as tatami mats (straw mats), sliding doors (fusuma), and low furniture. The layout typically emphasizes open spaces and natural materials, creating a peaceful and harmonious atmosphere. If smoking is confirmed, an extra cleaning fee of 30,000 yen will be charged separately and you will be evicted without a refund. Thank you for not smoking! * Children are welcome; the total number of guests, including kids, is 7 (regardless of the child's age). * There are stairs in the house, and complaints after the check-in can't be accommodated. * Televisions are not compatible with terrestrial digital broadcasting. Netflix/YouTube/amebaTV/AmazonPrime/etc can be viewed, but please note that some applications require guests to log in by themselves. * Please do not remove any decorations from the house. * Please open and close the doors and windows slowly. * Please refrain from poking holes in the shoji (Japanese paper windows) * The minimum damage fee starts from 10,000 yen. Nights blocked during the repair due to the damage caused might be charged additionally. Guest registration will be required before check-in by filling out the form with personal and traveling information.
