"Home-away-from-home" Central in Newcastle Co.Down

Want to be in the heart of everything? The holiday home is located 1 minute walk from the beach and the Newcastle Centre. Within 5 minutes you can be in Donard Park on your way for an adventure in the Mountains. 10 minutes walk to Royal Down Golf club and try the award winning links. The hoilday home has a "Home-away-from-home" feeling and is perfect for families travelling with several generations or a group of friends. Welcome to our home town and hope you will enjoy your stay! The space This semi-detached house is located very central in Newcastle Town center. Our hoilday let consists of 3 bed rooms. Two bed rooms on ground floor, both with double beds. One of the bed rooms on the ground floor also has a cot. Third bed room is located on first floor. This bed room has 3 single beds and a fantastic view towards the mountains. There is hand rails in the stair case. There is also a bath room on first floor. On ground floor the main bath room is located. A spacuse kitchen with large dining table (sit up to 8 guests comfortable) is also located on ground floor. The living room has fully leather seating (sits very comfortably 7 guests) and smart tv, so you can log into your own account to see your favourite shows while away or watch live channels. Living room is on ground floor too. It's a spacious hall way on ground floor, so you can hang your coats etc. Outside, we have a lovely picnic table with views to the Mournes. It's good space to park 2 cars, if you want to park a third car, this needs to be agreed upfront, as the hoilday home is a detached house, it's neighbours next door. Other things to note We have recently updated to allow pets upon request! The property is gated so outdoor area is available safe from the road. Please note pets are not permitted in the sleeping areas. Please let me know if you need a pet bed. Most guests bring their own.
