San Marco Charmer, close to everything, cozy, nice

ENTIRE HOME: Live Here, Work Here or just visit: speedy wifi, supremely convenient to town and major traffic arteries. This pet friendly charmer has it all, washer/dryer, private parking for 2 cars, close to good restaurants, grocery stores and more. Mayo Clinic, MD Anderson Cancer at Baptist and UF Shands are not far via access to I-95. One friendly house trained pet, under 20 lbs. allowed. Trendy San Marco .5 mile, jags stadium 4 miles, good restaurants close. The space This is an older home, hard wood floors, funky bathroom colors, original everything and more. It's a smaller home, perfect for a work from home couple or commuter as I-95 is 5 minutes. This house used to be my law office. I worked there every day. I enjoyed just being in this comfortable pleasing space. Major caveat, traffic noise exists, occasional sirens, etc. Residential neighborhoods are all around but yes, if you are a light sleeper you might bring white noise. No airbnb guest has ever complained. If you bring a pet you are asked to bring coverlets for the sofa and loveseat and a coverlet for a chaise chair in the study. Pets on the furniture are not appropriate but if your pet likes to jump on the couch, bring coverings or ask me. This is a huge courtesy to the Owner. Guest access You have the use of the entire house. The code for the keyless back door will be emailed 24 hours before check in. Other things to note The yard is not fenced if you bring a dog. It's close to a heavily traveled street. A leash would be required.
