On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the living room, as well as a first bedroom and bathroom with toilet. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and their bathroom with toilet. The house is well ventilated and also has reversible air conditioning, which guarantees a pleasant temperature in summer, but we ask you to close the windows to maintain a comfortable temperature. Our garden is private and fenced. A large terrace equipped with a table and chairs will allow you to enjoy the outdoors, with direct access to the garden. You have a barbecue at your disposal for your summer grills! An outdoor shower is installed, as well as benches and deckchairs. A second garden is available across the road, ideal for your relaxing moments in the shade of the trees. On the first floor, a large terrace awaits you for your moments of relaxation in the sun.
